Bring your ideas and let us tailor a design just for you. We will review the original plan, evaluate your desired changes, answer your questions and prepare an estimate for the cost and turnaround time of customizing your plan.
Typical modifications to a plan include changing the foundation, adding rooms, and adjusting the square footage. The average price of modifications is $1400-$2000, and most modifications are completed in two to three weeks.
